My first connection with Christ Church was my christening as a baby in the old “tin tabernacle”. I later attended Sunday School, Brownies and Guides there.

As a teenager I sang in Holy Trinity church choir and when it was closed down, the whole choir moved en bloc to Christ Church, where I met Tony, my husband-to-be who sang in the choir there.
