At Christ Church we have a wide range of activities which happen in the week for young people during School Term Times.

Breakfast Cafe
Breakfast Cafe is for anyone. Our age range goes from a few weeks old to 90+ years old.
It meets on a Thursday Morning in term time from 9am to 11:30ish.
We hold the cafe in the main space with an area for the babies to sit, toys for toddlers and young children children and tables chairs etc. We also have simple craft activities and If you are lucky you may see the youngsters playing sleeping bunnies. It is a very happy, comfortable, supportive place to be for adults young and old to meet over cake, breakfast quiche, tea, coffee and other goodies.
Come and join us, it is for everyone.

FLAMES – Sunday School
FLAMES is for Primary aged Children 4 – 11 yrs old
(3 yrs and under welcome when accompanied by an adult)
FLAMES meets every Sunday morning during term time except 4th Sundays as we have Café Church.
We start with a time of sharing and prayer; we all enjoy chatting and listening to each other.
We then move on to explore a Bible story using craft, storytelling, and games.
We aim to enable children to understand more about our Christian faith, to develop a personal relationship with Jesus, and to have fun together.

FrOG Club
FrOG (Friends Of God) Club meets every Tuesday Afternoon in term time from 3pm till 4:30pm.
FrOG Club is an after school club for Primary School Children aged 4-11.
Children must be accompanied by parents and carers, pre-school children and secondary school children are also welcome.
There is a space for the pre school children to play and an opportunity for the secondary school children to help and take part.
Each week there is a separate theme with story ,video and craft activities based on a christian theme. There are also games to play, work sheets, drawing and other craft related activities.
Refreshments are available during the afternoon. There is no charge, donations are welcome.
Lightbulbs
Lightbulbs is an evening of discussion for young people in school years 6-10. We meet fortnightly during term time on a Friday evening from 7:30-9:00pm
It is a lighthearted evening and we discuss a range of topics and what the Bible may say about them.

Splodgy Youth
Splodgy Youth is a fun evening for young people in school years 6-10. We meet fortnightly during term time on a Friday evening from 7:30-9:00pm
Come along and join us for craft activities, table tennis, table football, team games, refreshments, challenges, and more!
We start each week with time to chill out and have fun together. You can choose from a variety of games and activities. You can spend time doing just one thing or move around and do a bit of everything!
Towards the end of the evening, we all get together at the front for a time of sharing news from the week and a short talk and prayer.

Time Together
Time Together meets every Tuesday Morning in term time from 10am to 12 noon,
Our aim is to provide a welcoming environment for little ones (0-4yr) to play and for parents, grandparents, and carers to chat and relax over a cup of coffee.
We close our morning together with a Bible story, some nursery rhymes, Christian songs and celebrate any family occasions e.g. Birthdays.
Please feel free to drop in for a short visit or stay for the morning.
